Amendments to Dressage Tests & BE Rule Book 2010 There are two important changes to BE100 Dressage Tests 102 and 103.
In Test 102 Movement 5 should be ‘C – Circle Left 20 Metres Diameter. Give and Retake the Inside Rein over X (3-5 strides). In Test 103 Movement 8 should be IHCM – Working Trot, ME – Change the Rein. In addition, there are amendments to the 2010 BE Rule Book as shown below: - Page 20 - Rule 2.05 iii Entries should read as follows: - Horse and/or Rider Day Ticket numbers for entries which cannot be accepted for any reason are void; the cost of the Day Tickets will be refunded by the Event and new Day Tickets must be purchased at the time of entering further events BE and new Day Tickets must be purchased prior to making an entry either by application to the BE office or online through the BE website only as per Rule 1.05 iv. Page 51 - Rule 4.38 Dimensions of Obstacles – the table refers to Max Height of Drop Fences, it should state Max. Drop Page 91 – Saddlery & Equipment – The wording re Sheepskin has been clarified as follows. Sheepskin (3cm max width) or any other attachment which may affect the horse’s vision. Sheepskin cheekpieces and any other attachment fitted to the cheek pieces that may affect the horse’s vision – NOT PERMITTED.
